The Irish Dissociative

Let’s talk about it…

Dear Diary… Part 14

I hold my breath without realising it

I feel I’ve done bad if I dont have really high scores even if they are good they are just not exceptional

I told 2 people who have no contact the same wrong time even though I knew the correct time. But I wasn’t aware I said the same incorrect time.

I keep holding back when going to say things like adding to a conversation. Its just not worth it

Every single thing I’ve been corrected on I avoid doing as much as possible

I know its to keep us safe But somethings are not as big of a thing everyone has an opinion on everything

People do tend to focus on the negative than positive but I feel this is slightly different. It doesn’t make me feel “bad” peruse(y?) I just don’t want to get it wrong again.

I think I couldn’t handle the emotion I felt when you didn’t hurt me

I don’t understand why you don’t
