The Irish Dissociative

Let’s talk about it…

We have some questions… Part 4

… continuing on from part 3

The past few months a list of questions has been steadily growing that different parts want to ask TK (our therapist).

They are intriguing because you can sense how each part is trying to get an understanding of “normal” experiences and also to try understand what happened. I continued again without changing styling to represent the different handwriting to maintain consistency with the previous post, but to give you an idea like last time there are 9 different styles of handwriting on the page. There has also been no progress in asking any more on this list.

  1. Do you ever think terrible things about people?
  2. Do you think some people deserve to die?
  3. Why does being able to handle everything now make it any different to if I knew about it all at once is it not now also worth or justify suicide?
  4. What do you think happens when we die?
  5. Do you have a Dad?
  6. Do you ever touch a part of your body and not feel it or its like someone put an invisible barrier or like a tub of vaseline in-between to stop me feeling it?
  7. Do you find it funny when people make sex jokes?
  8. When I told you I felt everything was a bit much from the last few weeks was your response real? Was it just to humour me?
  9. Do you think an addiction could be cured almost overnight?
  10. Can you make pain disappear?
  11. Is it bad to be happy someone died?
  12. Can you stop yourself from being drunk?
  13. If you think of your day until now can you picture it clearly or do you just get snaps?
